CadRates is a Canadian rate comparison and referral service. We help consumers find and connect with licensed mortgage brokers and insurance advisors. We do not ourselves provide mortgage, insurance, or any other financial product. We are paid a referral fee by providers when a connection is made through our platform — this fee does not affect the rates or terms offered to you.
2. Using This Website
This Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use by residents of Canada. You may not use the Site:
- For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal or provincial law;
- To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
